Exhale Deeply. The Work has Found you.
You cannot answer "What should I do?" until you answer "What is my Purpose?"
Most people treat their life dissatisfaction like a career problem. They look at their job, feel the gnawing sense that something isn't right, and eventually ask, "What should I do next?" They jump from job to job, career to career, or thing to thing, hoping the change will fix the feeling of being too small for their own life. And that strategy works… until it doesn't.
A Question of Identity
My perspective is that you cannot decide what to DO with your "one wild and precious life" until you know the one who is deciding. You cannot "figure out" your calling or find your way to a fulfilling vocation with a pros and cons list (if you could you would have already done it!) As long as you try to fit your identity into a job description, making your next life decision from willful consciousness, you will remain stuck, simply recreating the same situation in a different location.
Connecting you with your Purpose
We must break the cycle. I don't take people from career to career, I take people from career to life's Purpose. Only when you have descended into your true nature and embodied your unique genius does the question of "what to do next" become clear. The next step isn't a decision you force, it is a natural outcome of Purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to quit my job or blow up my life to find my Purpose?
Absolutely not! Although the journey of Purpose can demand a lot from us and bring monumental shifts, it’s up to you what you feel comfortable with in your life and how Purpose fits.
Is this the right time for me to undertake the journey of Purpose?
This is the fundamental question that I start exploring with all my clients. Only you and your inner wisdom will have the final answer to this question. The people who are ready are the ones that are experiencing cracks in their once fulfilling life. They are in discomfort and know they need to do something different. They know that simply switching jobs or getting into new hobbies isn’t going to give them the meaning they seek.
How long does the whole process take?
The journey to Purpose is a life long endeavor! Having said that, typically, I work with people between 6 and 12 months (and sometimes longer!) It all depends on how much work fits into your life and how far you want to go.
What happens after I find my purpose? Do you help with transitions?
I coach and support people along all stages of the path to Purpose. Many people need the most support, tools, and coaching at the beginning of Purpose discovery or at potent turning points in their life. What I have most often seen is that the further people journey along their path, the more they are able to listen to their inner compass of Purpose and the less they need external support.
What if I dig deep and find out there is nothing there?
My clients know there is something there, because they can feel it stirring. It’s the quiet dissatisfaction, the hidden voice inside screaming to get their attention. If there was nothing there, you wouldn’t need Purpose Discovery.
Why shouldn't I just hire a standard career coach to help me find a better job?
You have my full support to work with a coach to find a better job! And there are many coaches out there that would be happy to help you with that. I specialize in helping people to go deeper to find their Purpose. The aligned job, career, or life they crave then flows from that place of Purpose.
